We are Rhiannon Mayor and Mike Kilkelly, founders of LAM industries.Our story began in 2016 when fate brought us together in an East London pub. Little did we know that this chance encounter would lead to a lifelong partnership in both love and creativity.Blending our individual strengths and years of experience, we bring stories to life in the most captivating and visually stunning manner. Our unique combination of creative storytelling and technical mastery has earned us recognition and praise from clients and audiences alike.

Rhiannon’s background is deeply rooted in the art of film editing.
She has been in the film industry for over ten years, starting as an editor at VICE where she worked on cutting edge documentaries and branded content.
Since leaving VICE in 2018, Rhiannon has forged her own path and worked with BBC, Channel 4, Hulu. She has a true passion for filmmaking, bringing characters and stories to life on screen with emotion and empathy.

Mike Kilkelly is a visionary with a passion for media generation and technology applications. His journey has taken him through various facets of the industry, from wielding cameras and designing intricate lighting setups to exploring the realms of sound, CGI and video game technology.Working predominantly with fashion and media brands like Prada, Burberry, Nike, Apple, Netflix and Sky, he has combined cutting-edge technology with artistic vision to create captivating visual experiences that push boundaries and leave lasting impressions.
